1. Call out & Remote Access
Arrange a callout/remote access session by calling us on 0118 982 1999 or sending an email to helpdesk@cittco.com.
After you describe the nature of the problem to us, we will assess the problem and advise the best way we can help you with that. By accepting our charges we can then book the convenient date and time for you. We aim for the engineer to visit/call you between 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, and 3pm-6pm during working days. We can also offer early, late or weekend slots by special arrangement.

In our experience most call-out jobs are fixed on-site, with smaller jobs typically being completed within one hour. Our minimum charge is ½ an hour. In certain cases (virus removal, for example), we can work most effectively at our office workshop and would therefore suggest taking computer to our office for further work. Keeping you updated on the progress, once the computer is fixed we will return the computer back to you.

Calls to this number cost £1 pound per minute. We recommend you use this option if you need a quick advice or you get stuck and don’t know how to continue. We are able to assess and help within 10 minutes.
It is not always possible to talk you through the steps over the phone . If that happens, the engineer will offer you callout or remote support assistance.
3. Walk in Clinic
Tadley Computers walk-in Clinic
If you don’t wish to have a callout and would prefer to bring the computer in for a repair, we recommend you to use the services of our sister company Tadley Computers. Conveniently located at 28 Franklin Avenue, Tadley, RG26 4ET, with free parking, Tadley Computers shop has a walk-in repair clinic and also offers a comprehensive range of consumables, including ink cartridges and paper.
